Meter readings missing from account

I’ve just received an email saying I’ve never provided meter readings. I logged in to my account and sure enough, they are all missing. However, I certainly have provided readings regularly through the app over the past few months. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don’t use the App for submitting my readings but did you receive any acknowledgement after submitting the readings. I do when I submit via the web.

I haven’t said anything about your meter reading. The simple reason is that you are posting to a Community forum for fellow customers than direct with Bulb. I would contact Bulb team as they will have access to your account details.
