I have submitted meter readings multiple times including the day I moved in and twice since when Bulb have asked for them.
None of these readings are appearing on my account, there are only ‘Estimated Readings’.
On one occasion I also submitted a photo of the meter as the reading was lower than the Estimated.
What do I need to do for my readings to actually be accepted? My bill is far to high at the moment because the estimates are way off.
