Meter readings not showing up

I have just switched this month and I have already sent some meter readings, however they don´t appear on My Account. I do get the confirmation emails though but nothing changes in my account. What is happening?

Hello - I can see your recent electricity reading, submitted on 18th May, in your Bulb Account. Give us a ring if you’re still concerned and we can look into things.
