Meter readings not showing

So I have recently moved into a new house and have had to take my meter readings to provide to Bulb last week. However I’ve submitted them and nothing is showing on my account that I’ve submitted them.

Any ideas?

I can see that you chatted into Bulb today and Alexandra was able to answer your query. For anyone else in a similar situation - we most likely do have the readings, we just keep them in ‘pending’ until we’ve got your meter details from your previous supplier.

This includes information such as the serial number and type of meter etc. which we often receive a few days after the switch date. Once we have those details, we can send the readings off to your previous supplier.
