Just wondered if anyone still gets estimated bills even after sending meter readings? Also my meter readings are completely different to the estimated bill cost any one have this issue
This usually happens when your meter readings are refused due to them being outside of the expected range, for whatever reason.
I suggest you contact Bulb and raise the issue with them.
@Garry6 The readings you have send in as photos appear to be very different from what we were expecting. Could you send a photo of both your meters showing the whole front of the meter and the serial numbers. We can then look into what might be wrong.
