Meter readings through the app

Hi, I have been with bulb since november, every month I submit meter readings through the bulb app, I receive constant emails from bulb telling me they have never received a reading from me, I called up a few months ago and they said it was because the readings were lower than they were expecting so the readings didn’t count at the time and that it would now be sorted, however I am still getting emails telling me I’ve never submitted a reading
