I cannot get anywhere with this website. I have spent a lot of time trying to submit meter readings but go round in circles, landing up with a page of comments from people called bulb community. The help centre option vanishes each time I try to access it…what next please?

I can see the reading on the Electric meter but there is nothing on the gas and the app isn’t showing any readings either .
Please help it’s a new smart meter has 2 buttons to press but I’m a bit unsure . Red top button
Black lower button just shows meter no
Any help would be good
I can’t submit readings either total rubbish
Gets me into the same endless loop…but not being very competent it may be me…
Can I just speak to someone?
