Meter readings wont submit- Bulb wont respond

Ive sent several emails trying to get my meter readings, and it wont save. I want an updated statement with the correct readings. It is possible that the readings when I joined were not accurate or were got from the previous provider.

Can you issue a statement effective 1st April 19 and 12th October 19.
