I am new to bulb and have been asked to input my meter readings. There was only one space for electricity but I have two readings on mymeter. How do I make sure I get a correct reading?
Hi @bird - It looks like your meter does measure day & night separately so we do need both readings.
It looks like as you signed up for a single rate tariff we have not yet updated it to recognise that it is a two-rate meter. We are just waiting for the details from your old supplier to set up your meter on our system.
