meter readings

I am a new customer and have been trying to submit meter readings but the “My Bulb” page has been down all week.
Just a little concerned that it’s taking so long, are things alright with your very new company? Never known a company webpage take so long to come back online.
Please advise of the current situation.

Sorry to hear you’ve been having these troubles! MyBulb has been up and working all week. Can I ask what error you see? It would also be helpful to hear which browser you are using so we can run some test to find out the problem :slight_smile:
