@trevor4049 I can confirm we’ve sent off your gas and electricity read. They’re currently being validated by a third party company, which has all the historical meter reads for that meter. Once they’ve been validated the read they will pass it on to your old supplier. They’ll then validate the read themselves.
Don’t worry, your opening reads will be with them soon, though it can sometimes take up to six weeks to receive final bill from the switch date.
