Recently joined you from another supplier. However unfortunately our previous supplier issued you incorrect meter readings. I’ve submitted the correct ones again on site. Is that ok or should I go about this another way
Hi @Asha86, so to clarify, when Bulb asked you to input your opening meter readings, were these incorrect?
If so, you’d be best off giving Bulb a ring (0300 30 30 635) to get these altered.
