I have entered 4 gas meter readi gs in the past month but they are not registering. No problems with electricity readins as they are registering fine. What is the problem ?

@John_MK are you saying that you have trouble submitting your gas readings through the app but have no trouble submitting them online? If so, this is something we need to investigate further.
