Why is it I always give meter readings every month and they send me a bill with an estimated reading taken a few days later making my bill more than it should be. My bill clearly states on what day I have made the readings and they still put an estimated reading on it four days later. This has happened three months now and have had only one response to my emails giving me a £10 credit because they were late in responding to my email but not actually dealing with the issue in hand.
Are you submitting the reading within the time frame, I think it is 2 or 3 days before the Bill is due. I send mine the day before and it is always actual readings that are used.
