.y meter reading you hold are the wrong way round… my No1 reading is night and No2 reading is days. I’ve mentioned this before but no action taken as yet.
Hi @richardgriffith I can see you have been in email contact. It looks like we sent you an email just asking to confirm that your previous supplier have got the readings the right way round so we can change them too. If you could respond to the last email we sent you with the information requested that would be great.
