In attempting to give you my meter readings you are referring to meter readings of 06 March 2018 to Scottish Power.

I am not with Scottish Power at present but with SSE. The meter reading shown do not match my account of 06 March from SSE.

I would call Bulb on 0300 30 30 635 to discuss this matter, as it would be the quickest way to get the problem sorted, as sometimes due to Bulb personnel being busy elsewhere, not always here to give a quick answer. They are open 9-6 Mon-Frid

We’d not need any reads from the 6th March as we’re only your supplier from the 8th July.

If you could send over reads from the 3rd July onwards, we will send that to your old supplier.
