Meter readings

I have sent meter readings on 11 August, but bill still shows Estimated.When will this be corrected?

@fischertal your bill periods run to the 10th of each month - for your bills to end on your meter readings, we’d ideally like them on the 8th (when we send you your payment reminder email).

Either way, the readings are used in the calculation of the next month’s bill, and as long as we get actual meter readings every now and then, your bills will correct themselves if the estimates were wrong.
