Meter readings

I’m trying to log in to submit my meter readings but met with an error message(can’t find account), is bulb having technical difficulties with the log in process?

Hi there @Kmb16 we were indeed having some trouble for a few days, everything should be back up and running now though. If you keep having trouble, one or two things to double check are that you’re using the email you signed up to us with, the one our emails are sent to (things like gmail vs googlemail or email redirects can cause trouble) and if it’s definitely not working let us know
