I submitted my first meter reading on 31/12/18, it shows up on my log in as submitted on 7/01/19. Each time I try to put a new meter reading in it says it isn’t right due to the time frame, and electricity used, can this be amended so my bills are correct please

It’ll be best to drop Bulb an email via firstname.lastname@example.org (see How to get in touch – Bulb ) with a picture of the meter reading so they can wave it in front of the ‘third party meter verification company’ and go ‘See - @LucyClark is submitting them correctly: update your records so we can accept the readings!’ as it tends to be the 3rd party which rejects the readings.
