Meter readings

Having accepted ‘customer read’ meter readings why does Bulb ignore them and then a week later use ‘estimated’ readings’ to raise a bill??

If you submit your readings within the 2 day window (when you receive an email reminder) then they use actual figures, outwith that period they will use estimates.

i am a pensioner …but not even my daughter can understand my meter readings …not impressed with bulb communication.!!

sully… Can you be more specific, what is it about the meter readings you do not understand give us some more information and we will try and help.
On the communications side how have you tried to contact Bulb?
