Meter readings

Hi there,
Can you help please. I want to submit my meter readings but I can only see one reading for Electricity, not separate readings on the Smart meter for day and night. Should I just enter the numbers in the day box?

It sounds like your Bulb account is misconfigured. Since you have a smart meter from a previous supplier, this will be operating in “dumb mode” and you’ll be on the single-rate Bulb tariff. If your account dashboard is asking you for two meter readings for day and night, then somewhere the system thinks you’re on a two-rate tariff. You need to contact Bulb and ask them to investigate the problem.
