Meter Readings

New customer and I can’t submit my meter readings in my account as it suggests I do. Anybody figured it out? I also can’t even find a phone number and no one answers the online chat. Not looking good bulb

Click the Help button at the top of this page, Bulb’s contact details are at the bottom of that page…

Also when you received various notifications from Bulb during your switch process there was a Help button showing on each of the emails.

A more visible contact button is something regular posters on this forum have been asking for.
