Meter readings

Worst user friendly site I can remember ever using. How on earth are you suppose to enter meter readings?

You dont say what you have already tried or what the actual issue is.
You enter meter readings from your account where it states submit meter reading

Totally agreeing with Deano above! I cannot find how to put my meter reading in because opening the email on my tablet, from an email SENT TO ME from Bulb, it says it doesn’t recognise my email address! And then it goes circular. I think I’m being radically overcharged and this is a way of stopping me correcting it.

same issue here, nothing on dashboard, nothing in account saying “submit meter reading”! Are we all blind?
