I’ve been asked to enter my first meter readings into my online account, I can’t for the life of me see how this is done! I have found that attempting to get a straight answer on help a hopeless task.
When you log in to your account, there is a very very obvious big green “submit readings” button. If you can’t see it, you don’t need glasses, it’s most likely because it’s not there. This usually happens when there is some problem on your account regarding the configuration of your meters. I’m afraid you’ll need to phone Bulb and attempt to get it resolved via the currently rather poor helpdesk.
