Since my not so smart meters are not sending readings to Bulb I’ve been sending them using the app, now that option has been removed, it’s getting beyond a joke now!
Hi @Johno , sorry for the frustration. I can see our agents are now dealing with this personally for you. You can always submit reads to us personally, but if anyone else is having problems with their reads coming through then by all means get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org
Tried to submit readings by phone,30 mins on hold, gave up. Emailed them, again no acknowledgment
Bulb and their smart meters are a joke!
