Meter Readings

Hi there
I’ve been asked to provide meter readings but I cannot seem to locate where to do this. I selected the link from the email to ‘enter readings’ and it took me into my account with 4 options, none of which allow me to enter readings when I go into them. I feel a bit dumb as this should be fairly straight forward. Please help.

I have the same issue. It’d be interesting to see how to get around that as I’ve received another email asking for meter readings

The reason the option doesn’t exist is because we can read your Second Gen smart meters remotely.

We will be changing our automated comms to not ask you for readings in the future, so please bear with us.
