I have switched to bulb and you keep asking for my meter readings , I have a smart meter fitted by my previous supplier and no longer have either a gas or electric meter … how do I get the readings ?
Well that might be a lie. When your smart meter was installed you would have got smart meter units where your old meters used to live.
These should still have energy displays on them. You need to email bulb their current readings.
You might need to press a button or two and scroll through several screens to get to the readings.
