  2. Why do you keep emailing me for meter readings when they were read by your meter reader almost a fortnight ago?

You can email us on hello@bulb.co.uk. This email address is on our website and all our statements that we send you.

You can also just ‘reply’ to any emails we send you.

We automatically send meter reading reminders to all our member’s monthly so you can keep your statements up to date.

Every home in the country will have a meter reader at their home at least once a year to make sure your readings are accurate. Meter readers don’t work directly for Bulb so we won’t know when they will come. It could be anytime of year which is why we’re not able to stop the meter reading reminder in the month they come.
