Meter Readings

I would just like to ask, i have a smart meter and used to be with OVO and have swapped to Bulb. It has just taken me over half an hour to read the bloody meter. Ive gone through the instructions and entered the readings on my phone, which it wont accept as its saying the readings are to low, so to up load a photo which i tried to do and it won’t submit them, so i have had to log on my computer and upload the photo… more time. I’ve tried the chat and they are busy and to call. This is far to much hassle having to enter these readings the whole point of the smart meter is that the readings are done for you and the bills are accurate, do you know if it’s possible to change back to OVO as i am not happy with all this? thanks
