Meter readings

I get each month an annoying email from Bulb stating that I have never submitted a meter reading and to send one as soon as possible. The fact is that I do submit a meter reading every month now via app as well as sending a picture but my account does not get updated and the is no history of usage or a current balance value.
Can anyone help in getting this resolved with Bulb as I have also emailed and tried ringing as I need to know if I am paying enough each month so I have no nasty surprises.

I have the same problem for my electricity readings but my gas readings are ok

I mixed up my readings and have sent replacements, but nothing has been updated. Does anyone from Bulb ever respond on this forum?
