Meter reference still not correct after 5 months,

10W ago I had a web chat with David, my meter refernce is incorrect due to an error by the previous supplier.

This has still not been corrected on the account and I can’t take a meter reading as it would be vastly inaccurate,

As a result my account is inaccurate.

Why is it taking so long to sort?

Chat is hardly ever open when I am able to get to it.
