I am in the process of moving to Bulb from EDF and I have sent you my meter readings. But I have noticed that you do not appear to have my gas meter serial number! Is this a problem?

Hi. It appears that my previous supplier (EDF) did not update the National Database when my gas meter was changed from prepayment to credit several weeks ago. I have asked them to update it as quickly as possible but I’m not holding my breath! As Indiana Jones would say - “I’ve got a bad feeling about this”!!
