Meter type

Hi, I’m newly switching to bulb. I’ve asked to submit meter reading and when I tried to do I found that I can enter reading as single rate meter while my meter is economy 7 two rate meter.
Also the meter number on the application is different from the one on the meter.
How can I fix this??

I’m taking a stab in the dark here, but I’d tell Bulb customer service about the problem.

I don’t understand who should I contact. I sent an email and no one came back. I’m also trying to use the live chat which was never live!!

You’ll have to be persistent. Bulb customer service is not very good right now.

You could phone, but be prepared for a long wait there as well.

With phoning, there’s usually an option for them to call you back – and it works!
