Hi there I’m still topping up my utilita meter even thou I got the email saying I’m joining bulb and leaving utilita. Do you need to put new meters in? I have smart meter.
Hi! It looks like you spoke to another member of staff a few days ago so hopefully, you are clear on this now. Just to confirm- we don’t need to install our own meter- your Smart Meter should automatically switch to a credit meter on the day you switch over to us. You will need to make sure you have credit on the meter until the day your switch actually goes through to us though!
