Meters

Hi there, anyone else had this issue… I had new meters fitted last summer by e-on, with the smart meter that you kept in side to keep an eye on your usage. I switched to bulb Oct/nov time and gave readings and all was ok. I haven’t submitted a reading since, but have just been asked to submit one, so went to get a reading and both meters have got a blank screen ?? I knew the inside gadget wouldn’t work after he switch, but the meters as well ?? I’m still getter gas and electric so there’s nothing wrong with the supply, I’m puzzled :confused:
