I put metre readings in every month and I went to input my current reading to find that it was read on the 5th August when I was on holiday and it’s a completely wrong reading so it’s telling me the current reading I am trying to input can’t be correct. Will it have been bulb that did the metre reading on the 5th?
metre = unit of distance
meter = measurement equipment
Assuming your meter is accessible from outside your property, then yes it is most likely to have been a meter reader that called while you were away. You’ll have to contact Bulb to get this sorted out.
Thank you for your helpful reply- yes it’s accessible outside the property but has been read completely wrong which means bulb won’t let me input the correct reading for generating my due bill. Will contact them Monday do sort. Thanks again
