Metrer readings

I notice that when i send meter readings, although you aknowlege these immediateley by e-mail the readings are not updated in my account. they appear to be 2months out of date The bills appear to be correct but the readings are not.

We are receiving your readings each month but in order for them to be included in your bill we need you to submit them 1-3 days before your bill date. Your bill is produced on 6th of each month so try and upload them 1-3 days before this.
