When clicking on the “View account & Tariff info” option - near the bottom on the right hand side it shows “Assumed Annual Consumption” and “Estimated Annual Cost” only for Gas. I was wondering why this information is not also shown for electricity?
Hi @tim3978, great spot. It wasn’t appearing because we hadn’t received that information yet on your account. I’ve manually entered in an average Estimated Annual Consumption for your electricity. This number may change once we start getting more readings in from you. Let me know if you’ve still got some questions about this. Cheers!
