Missing statement

Hey, first payment made to Bulb 5th January and since then have made 2 payments and received £50 for referring a friend. We haven’t received any statements however, either by email or on our account page. It is showing we have money ‘in’ but none ‘out’. Money has cleared our account so wondering why not got a statement.
