Missing statements after Smart Meter install


I’ve not had a statement show up in my online account since 1 Feb. I had a Smart Meter installed on the 15th Feb, when can I expect to start seeing statements again please?

I can see you have been in touch with us over email about the billing issue and my colleague has fixed the problem. Your account is now up to date with the billing and it should continue monthly as normal.

This has not been fixed, the monthly statement for May has not appeared.

When is this going to be fixed?

Your May Statements will be generated at the end of the month, so the statement dates will be from 01-05-2022 - 31-05-2022.
