Mistake in my meter reading

I made a mistake reading my Gas meter in September (put a 6 where it should have been a 5). I didn’t notice until my statement came in at the end of September. I have since submitted 2 readings with pictures attached showing the actual meter reading, but they have not shown in my list of readings even though my Electricity reading from yesterday IS shown. My estimated usage appears to be based on the mistaken reading, and I need to know how long this will take be corrected so that I know my actual usage.
