Money Into My Account Instead Of Out

Hi Bulb

I made a top up payment which was put into my bank account instead of out. I did notice for the first time that the amount were red numbers.

Just curious to know.

It appears that the payment has gone onto the account from our side, if you can see something that suggests otherwise. Could you send a screenshot to help@bulb.co.uk and then we can look into it?
