Monthly Bill (July)


My monthly has not come through this month. Does this happen from time to time, and I need to contact Bulb or will it eventually come?

Are you referring to the monthly payment we take from your bank account or the monthly statement we issue showing the energy you’ve used?

With regards the monthly payment as it’s a direct debit date the payment it is taken can vary slightly. There’s no need to be alarmed if it’s only been a few days since when it usually comes out.

I’ve looked at your account and it also looks like your most recent statement has been issued when we’d expect. If that doesn’t answer your question just let me know :thinking:
