Monthly Bill Statements

Wanted to question why I haven’t received an actual bill statement for my usage since December. At first I thought it would be just a backlog from the Christmas period, but now the same stands for my January usage, as I have not received the bill statement telling me my exact usage. The monthly direct debits are still going through but I have no real concern would just like to receive my statements. Any ideas?


Dont know why but if you go to your account you will find your statements there and can download.
Also check your junk file as mine got there each month.
