I have to chase up my monthly bills every other month, does anybody else have this issue ? Any tips for me ?

Although I have taken a look into this for you. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had some ongoing issues with your billing. I’ve taken a look into your account and can see that there was a recurring issue with some of the meter technical details. I have now updated this and issued your most recent bill for you. All your future bills will be generated on time each month without the need to chase these up.
