I notice my usage has dropped and was told I had credit in my account, I’m just confused why my monthly payment is still the same ?
I thought the credit may get knocked off the monthly fee I paid .
It might be worth dropping your monthly amount you pay so you start to use the credit, and then you can increase your payments after you’ve gone through the credit.
Hi @Nicola2125 - We don’t change your monthly payments. We’d expect you to use less than you pay in the Summer months and then more than you pay in the winter. The aim is for it to balance out over the course of a year. If you check your Bulb account it may recommend lowering though, if our initial quote wasn’t 100% accurate, so well worth a check.
