Could someone give me an idea why my payments have increased during the Summer months despite entering actual meter readings which are much lower than the estimated readings previously used up to three months ago. At the moment I feel that I will be changing supplier quite soon!



It is difficult for us fellow customers to provide an indication of why your payments have increased. Only Bulb will be able to provide a more definitive response.

As a starter, have you been providing regular month meter readings to Bulb?
