Why, despite receiving a usage every month, have I not received one this month? I like to know where I am each month.
Have you tried going to your account as it may have the statement there for this month.
Hi @marie542, having had a look over your account you have changed your alignment date to the first of the month. This can happen when you change your direct debit payment date. As a result of this, your bills will now be generated on the first of each month (the next one of 1/6/2019). Please keep an eye out for this at the beginning of the month
