My account is in credit, so I’m paying in sufficiently. I don’t understand where the “£83.59 monthly usage” comes from when I’m ony paying in £ 47.07 a month.

The monthly usage is the estimated cost of your energy for the next 12 months divided by 12. It takes no account of your credit (or debit) or current direct debit payments.
You could be in credit at present but will this be wiped out as you start entering the winter period?
