Because of bulbs incompetent customer service department and their inability to answer a simple email within a week I was promised a ÂŁ10 credit on my account.
Just this morning I received my monthly statement and guess what…you guessed it, NO CREDIT.

I’m really looking forward to hearing bulbs excuse for this because “IF” they bother to responds at all it will probably take them so long again it will be with yet another £10 credit promise and at this rate I’ll be getting a years worth of free energy.
